I’m giving the 2 stars for the receptionist who was the only nice person there. My daughter and I were walk ins which they say take however the guy was incredibly rude. He seemed annoyed that he had to cut a 9 year old’s hair. Also, we wanted to donate my daughter’s hair and instead of braiding it or putting it in a ponytail he cut it and handed me a pile of her hair wrapped in a paper towel. Maybe they were having a bad day. Regardless customer service is key and they lost two customers because of that dudes attitude.
