They will gladly take a $30 dollar deposit for the time you DIDN’T want, and then not refund it after I tell them I no longer want their service. I understand if I made them wait in person, if I bothered their schedule, if resources were wasted at all. But they weren’t. The same conversation in which I scheduled, I also canceled. Right there. Nothing was done. Seems like an easy 30 bucks for nothing. Scammy little policy that has no explanation.

Great price but poor service. I was advises against the cut I wanted due to my hair type and my not being stylish/trendy. Being that she’s the professional I trusted her to cut my hair the way she thought best. At first it looked fine but the next day (my birthday) as I was styling my hair I noticed multiple areas that are uneven. When I called to come back in to have it fixed she was not flexible with appt times. If you don’t take appts after 2pm then update your posted hours of business. I had hoped to find a new hairdresser but I will not be returning.

I went in to get a haircut. And did not get what I wanted. She kept on complaining how thick my hair was. How tired her hand was. It was not cool at all. Then said she might need to charge me more. I worked in a salon for 8 year and never heard this. I specifically asked her not to thin out my hair. And she did anyway!!! Worse Hair cut I have ever gotten.

I wrote a review but i dont know if it posted….I have only the highest compliments for Kristen. I have been going to her for 18 years. The times I did not go to her were not good experiences. Like my girlfriends say….you have bad hair issues. NOT with Kristen. I go in, sit down, relax and she does her thing. Always BEAUTIFUL RESULTS. Today I wanted something different….a little darker and thicker highlights. AND I wanted them to match a gorgeous hairpiece i have. She did it just right to match. You can’t even tell it’s not my own hair. She is so talented and amazing, and so very nice!!!! And her prices are very reasonable. There are only positive things to say about her. Truly!!!!

Kristen is one of those hairdressers that knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s very experienced and professional and her salon is clean, organized and welcoming with chairs for people who are waiting and Keurig coffee machine with lots of choices. The bathroom is spacious and very clean as well.
