Positive: QualityPatricia is the absolute best! She is so caring and attentive. She did everything I wanted and more for my hair color. She also cares very much about taking care of your hair and not doing anything to damage it. She is absolutely phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend her enough to everyone. Trust me mom cuts aren’t in fashion anymore… or ever. We scheduled services with multiple stylists and unlike some places we’ve been to in the past, each appointment happened on time. Bee tackled my teen’s mop taking it from an in his face at all times mess to a clean, tight lined cut to be proud of. Abby tackled my daughter’s waist length hair, helping with products to lessen the amount of tangles and showing me how to keep it from breaking when we brushed it. Gabby pampered my poor nails. For someone new to the industry she is absolutely amazing and didn’t lecture me like most do on the fact I tear my nails off. My fingers haven’t felt this good in ever.As for the salon itself, you can tell it’s cleaned constantly. When we arrived for our appointments the crew were all cleaning and disinfecting their stations, the owner was sweeping and cleaning surfaces, and from what I saw everyone was doing their part in keeping the salon clean. Not once while in the salon did anyone remove a mask, touch their face, or behave in anything risky that could possibly expose myself or my kids while we were there.They treat you like the most important person in the world here. After months of quarantine the kids and I were all in some desperate need of pampering. Trust me mom cuts aren’t in fashion anymore… or ever. We scheduled services with multiple stylists and unlike some places we’ve been to in the past, each appointment happened on time. Bee tackled my teen’s mop taking it from an in his face at all times mess to a clean, tight lined cut to be proud of. There were only two stylists on duty and myself and one other client were the only ones there. No one else was allowed in the salon except for myself and the other stylist’s client and we were kept at opposite ends of the salon at all times. They made sure to keep everything sanitary and maintain a safe environment while providing quality services. I have to tell you how wonderful this place really is, this was my first visit. I had waited for months to get my hair done and my former stylist who is insanely talented is currently working at Krismatic. As someone with a compromised immune system I deeply appreciate how conscientious the salon owner and employees were during my visit. There were only two stylists on duty and myself and one other client were the only ones there. No one else was allowed in the salon except for myself and the other stylist’s client and we were kept at opposite ends of the salon at all times. They made sure to keep everything sanitary and maintain a safe environment while providing quality services. I highly recommend the salon.
