Never again. First the owner was late to my appointment. Then, she turned my virgin hair ORANGE even after I showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted (which was the complete opposite). Not only that but while I was there she recommended getting my nails done there too. So, I asked for a white gel. manicure. There was nail polish all over my hands, paint missing on some parts of the nail too. THEN after I mentioned to the owner the hair was not how I wanted she began saying she knew “my type of customer” She was extremely unprofessional and called me various discourteous names. She also charged me 300 dollars for a job that wasn’t even completed. I walked out with wet hair and a plastic shower cap on and after my hair was so dried out . Overall, worst salon I’ve been to. If you care about your hair, nails, or peace, don’t come to this salon.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Me and my wife went there recently and she asked for brown hair same length, they cut off half of her hair which she asked NOT to be done. Then they proceeded to dye her hair near black, now my wife has ruined hair for our wedding day.The owner was VERY rude and while I was there, she was arguing with a woman called her ghetto and the n-word. They are very unprofessional I do not recommend going here.

The worse experience in my entire life. My niece went there to get a color and cut for her bday. Aside from showing up an hr late (Appt was for 10am and we literally had to sit outside for more than half hr waiting for someone to open the shop even though they “open” at 9), she attempted to do the highlights we showed her a picture of. The highlights ended up being orange and she severely damaged my niece’s virgin hair. Upon complaining about the service, she started to throw insults and call us ghetto. When her own daughter interjected and told her to calm down because she was in fact wrong because my niece’s hair did look horrible, she attacked her own daughter and dragged her to the back of the salon. She then proceeded to say she was going to call the cops when she had the card payment in her hand. Long story short, the only ghetto one in that salon was the store owner/worker and shame on her for making a 13 year old cry for wanting to get pampered on her birthday. She needs to be reported to the BBB.

The owner comes late and doesn’t even have her clover charged to take payments by card. Super unprofessional. She’s disrespectful. The staff is nice and attentive. I will never go again. Paid by cash while she locked the door and refused to give me my debit card back, while counting my cash while she ruined my daughters hair.
