Critical: ProfessionalismCompletely unprofessional. First it was a hassle to make an appointment because they said they do not take Groupon- I had to fight with her telling the women I bought one. Once I was finally at the place it was horrible service! The tech was texting the whole time telling me sorry it’s a client. She stopped doing my eyelashes three times to text other people. Then she refused to do my eyebrows even through it was part of the service. There are so many other places with much better quality professionals in the area. I really regret going here. Completely unprofessional. First it was a hassle to make an appointment because they said they do not take Groupon- I had to fight with her telling the women I bought one. The results were exactly what I wanted, she did a great job!
