Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe worst mani/pedi we have ever experienced. This used to be our favorite place, but the new ownership is just terrible! For the pedicures, I had polish all over my toes and had to clean it up myself. My mom got sprayed by the water too. One employee did both of our gel manicures. She seemed like she was so over it, didn’t speak to either of us the whole manicure, and was on her phone the whole time. When my mom couldn’t find her nail color (because they misplaced it), the employee threw the nail color ring at her to pick a new color. Felt rushed the whole time, even though there was no one else waiting. She kept going super fast, kept pushing our hands away from her to put them under the UV light. Apparently, to her, “file to a round shape” meant cut the edges of my nails off and maybe file. My mom’s manicure was terrible, not smooth at all, super bubbly and uneven. Felt so rushed and more like a nuisance the whole time, didn’t feel relaxed or taken care of as customers. The worst mani/pedi we have ever experienced. This used to be our favorite place, but the new ownership is just terrible! For the pedicures, I had polish all over my toes and had to clean it up myself. My mom got sprayed by the water too. One employee did both of our gel manicures. This is a really good nail place – they are very careful, friendly and inexpensive. Enjoy going here. They also do hot stone massages when they are finished with your nails. It is very soothing.

This place is horrible they gave me a dry pedicure. That means no foot soaking, no foot scrubbing with a pumice stone nor a foot file. My feet did hover over the water just was not permitted to soak them nor place them in the water. Yeah I would not recommend this place nor every go back

I use to like this place but my experience here this past Friday was horrible.. I think the service wasn’t friendly..I paid good money for the gel manicure and pedicure I got..hours later the gel manicure was cracking and had caked up gel acrylic around my cuticles.. so it bothered me I went back to the salon the next day to show them my nails.. she didn’t redo them just filed them and a top coat .. the women that did my nails was angry that I came back .. she filed roughly and with a attitude.. I don’t usually complain but, my treatment there was not good and I will not go back and I won’t recommend.. my money spends just like the next.. and for $85 dollars it should of been great .. not including the $12 for my 3 year old granddaughter to get her nails and toes done..$97 all together to be treated like this..
