It was a refreshing experience. Most Beauticians these days act as though one requests service gratis…free. They lack Customer Service and common etiquette. This Beautician went over and beyond to fulfill my need. I needed my son’s hair done in an emergency and she did not disappoint. My son likes her too. Ms. Yashima is booked up up up but I still recommend her to everyone. Go guys, GO!!!

Very unprofessional, rude, passive aggressive. Made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday. I arrived 10 minutes late and she already had a customer in the chair. I said good morning, she repIied, you’re late. I sat down for a few minutes and she stopped doing the client’s hair that was in her chair and asked me to come to the shampoo chair. I told her on Tuesday I wanted a comb twist. She asked me what I wanted to do with my hair I say a comb twist, something nice and neat or twist it in a mohawk. She replied I don’t do that. I was upset because i made the appointment based on being able to get that type of hair style. After expressing this, she said she was not going to do my hair. She was very rude and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Definitely would not recommend this salon.

Yashimabet, Bet for short, is truly a gift to anyone’s locs. She has fantastic energy, a lovely spirit, and she creates so much beauty in her styles. Every time I get my hair done I’m extremely satisfied. Her loc maintenance and styles still look good after three weeks or more. She’s extremely reasonably priced for her level of talent and expertise. The best part is she’s efficient, rigorous, and precise. She respects your time and I am grateful I found her.
