Kreative Nails & Spa - Exton, PA 19341

I went for the first time this evening for a full set of acrylic nails it was refreshing to not be there for over an hour for this service. The nail technician was very personable and listened to how I want them to look. They look great and at a reasonable price. I will be returning in the near future and highly recommend Kreative Nails for nails and spa services.

Came to this nail salon for last minute service due to my usual nail tech was booked out, so I needed something done for my birthday. Service here was ok, more soo rushing me when no one else was getting serviced in the salon only me, I have got a pedi an a gel manicure which was ok, came on the 16th went on my trip the 17th nail polish chipped literally the next day on my hands an feet , I was upset I paid $60 an went down the drain. But back to the service I received the man rushed me he didn’t let me see if I like the shape of my nails polish was on side of my nails he tells me it’s ok when I was my hands it will come off an it never did I had to peel it off myself . I absolutely love it here!! I use to go to a place in Chester springs but the nails weren’t lasting felt like I was constantly going . Very hard to get an appointment because there was only one tech that actually did a good job. Switched to here and the nails stay in for a long time always good work zero complaints!! Acrylic nails

Not good at all. My mom, sister, and I made an appointment for a pedicure and arrived on time. They took all three of us back and started on my mom and sister, while I waited a good 45 minutes with my feet soaking in the water(which had turned cold at this point). Then, after soaking my feet for that long, the lady notified me that the color I chose would cost $3 extra?? I asked her if she could pick out a color close to the shade I already had since my feet were already wet. She told me I could go pick the color myself(WHILE MY FEET WERE ALREADY SOAKING). So I had to walk across the store with bare, wet feet; gross. I finally got a nice man who did my pedicure. All three of our pedicures were rushed and the results were not good. It wouldn’t make me mad if there were actually a lot of people there but they rushed our pedicures just so they could play on their phones. Crooked and poorly painted toenails. Try somewhere else.

They were able to fit me in on short notice and were nice. However, the staff ignored me when I came in and needed help. I knocked over their infuser (I am a class A clutz) and just needed a towel. More importantly, my nails aren’t done well. I had a refill for a full acrylic set. They are crooked, thick and uneven. I will not be going back unless it’s just for a manicure.

My best friend treated me to a manicure. The salon was clean, nice and neat, the owner friendly and welcoming. Prices very reasonable. Will definate go back.Dont know if you need a reservation, I was greeted and served right away.

First off, it took 2 and a half hours to get my nails done just for the nails to get destroyed by the atm I had to use to pull out cash since they don’t accept anything other than cash tips and fail to mention it ahead of time. They would stop what they were doing with one customers nails (no not even waiting for paint to dry) to go do a whole pedicure on someone else. They do not use clean/and or new tools nor do they appear to have a cleansing system for those tools. The old Altoid tins they keep very used files and blades in with old nail clippings and dust is not a comforting image. As soon as I said I did not want gel the man instantly asked me to pay before the service was done and they did not ask this of anyone else. Very offensive honestly. They were backed up, which is normal but did not mean I should have to have my nails aggressively filed or the sides of my nails pushed in with the techs finger nails instead of proper tools. Biggest waste of 50 dollars. Being rushed, and being made to feel like a burden instead of a customer because I needed to find a new nail color since this location does not do a single thing decal wise and has limited colors that more people would want than not. Getting attitude until all was said and done and I gave my normal nail tip. Wishing my experience was better and that I did not have to try to find the time this week to go get these re done and pay even more somewhere else. Avoid this place.
