Good luck getting an appointment at this salon. They have an elaborate system requiring a consultation before they will even book an appointment for you. In mid July they offered me a consultation at the end of August. Their first appointment after then was in November. They couldn’t *book* that appointment though because I’m not yet a client. That would mean a wait for services until December or January. I can see a primary care doctor sooner than that. This was especially disappointing as we knew Ken when he was at Ladies & Gentlemen and followed him to Kreate Studio when he first opened. Several family members continue to be clients. It’s sad that trying to be loyal to a local business gets you nothing.

I have been going to Kreate for years, in my opinion it’s the best salon on the East side. Everyone there is warm, friendly and welcoming, Ken (the owner) has put together an exceptionally talented group of stylists and created a wonderful atmosphere at the salon. Rachel does wonders with my thinning hair, and I look forward to my appointments every time.

Rachel is the best hair stylist I’ve ever gone to. I’m very picky and opinionated, but we have had my hair go on a journey. From color correcting my orange hair, to completely cutting it all off, and adding extensions! She does it all!! The only salon where I feel excited to come in and not just another head of hair! Katie, Jen, Ken, Raquel, Mikayla and Kass always go out of there way to say hello! I would recommend them 110%

I love this salon. I couldn’t be happier with my hair. The stylists here listen to what you want and teach you how to recreate that style. We drove about an hour to get here & it was every bit worth it!
