I started going to Krazy nails because my friend nails were always neat, pretty, well polished and the designs were AMAZING! She referred me to Bebe. From my first visit till now, BEBE takes her time, very puntual, very professional, friendly but most importantly her personality resembles on her WORK. So before going I called to ask how much for a gel pedicure. They told me $30 over the phone. When I got there I sat down and the lady who was giving me my pedi didn’t even clean the tools. She kept hurting me and when I told her she was hurting me she laughed like if it was funny and started talking to the other employees in her language and they was all looking at me. I wouldn’t recommend you to get your pedicures here. They also only take cash which they never told me over the phone. Be careful ladies and gentlemen. I was so angry and never coming here again worst first experience ever.

There’s a woman there by the name of Ana she does Amazing pedicures. Mostly all of the women are good. The guys … they rush. There’s a short one …older with a mustache that is horrible with the painting. He rushes and it comes out bulky. Nails are certain to chip. They are attentive and get you in and out. Bebe is who I came to see but another young lady is in here doing her thing with the nail art. She sits 3 rows back on the left. I do suggest her ! I won’t let anyone do my pedicure unless it’s Ana !

At first I was welcomed by a nice gentleman at the door and was pleased when he asked me if I needed any help. However, I was super disappointed with the way my nails came out and the guy who did them was rude. When I had to put my nails to dry he pushed my hand away to get my attention to put them in front of the fan. He had zero patience, didn’t talk to me AT ALL and just wanted to get my nails done and over with. If you look at the picture you can actually see the old nails that desperately needed refilling underneath what I got done. The feel of my nails are super grainy/rough and they look dull. I got them done yesterday and they are ALREADY LIFTING. He wanted to charge me $35….
