Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst came in about a month ago and only because they were the only nail place in Palos that were taking walk ins, so thought I would give them a try. I had acrylic nails on that I wanted taken off and then asked for a no chip manicure. The man who was doing that seemed to be new, which is not a problem, but it seemed like I was the first time he’s ever painted nails. The shape was horrible extremely crooked and not even at all. Then the paint job was absolutely horrible. Not to mention, I was in a time crunch and this took nearly two hours. So, when I was leaving the manager asked to see and said they looked horrible and were unacceptable. To make up for it, she made me pay and gave a gift card for next time. I was happy she did something, but also how are you going to make a customer pay for something that is “unacceptable.”. Not to mention, the polish chipped and was peeling off not even two days later. So, I went in last week really only because I had that gift card to spend and on the website it says they close at 8 and I even called to make sure. I got there at about 6:40 to get a pedicure and dip. The pedicure was pretty good! However, then I waited until about 7:30 for someone to start my nails. She was rushing the lady next to me to get to me. So, when she finally got to me for my dip manicure, absolutely no manicure involved. She did not cut any cuticles, barely shaped my nails. It was absolutely horrible. First, I went through 3 colors before she said that they have it. Again, it was the most rushed nail service I had ever gotten. I understand that it was close to their closing time, but then they shouldn’t have said that they could take me in the first place. She told me that the dip should last two weeks and it didn’t even last 5 days. First came in about a month ago and only because they were the only nail place in Palos that were taking walk ins, so thought I would give them a try. Manicure was ok, although the “no-chip” polish started chipping days later. The worst part of my experience, however, was the woman doing my nails. She was rude and wildly unprofessional. She kept trying to get me to pay her with cash or through zelle, and when I said I only had a credit card to pay (there is a sign at the front that says they accept credit cards) she gave me the cold shoulder and even started making fun of my guest at one point. Also, she did not use clean water to soak my nails.

I went on a Sunday afternoon before 4:30 and was told they would not be able to do my feet because she had something to do. The advertisement on line said they close at 5. She said they closed oat 4: 30 on Sundays. I will never come back there again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality(If you are black/African American, I would recommend American Nails 122nd Cicero… they will treat you good.) because Krazy Nails has Krazy staff and don’t think two black people could afford a manicure and pedicure.
