Makeup artist and hair stylist were both top notch … Owner was very accommodating as well! We loved everything about the visit. Since The Westin Chicago Northwest was the wedding venue and we were both staying there, it was super convenient to just head downstairs for the services we needed. The personnel at the Spa were fantastic, very professional, attentive and patient with her – she had suffered a stroke and her mobility is limited , but to all of the spa employees this was not an issue. They made her feel special and beautiful again so we will visit this place every time She needs this type of TLC. Could not have picked a better place for a facial, pedicure waxing & manicure.

The spa is under new ownership. The new owner is very pleasant and accommodating. The massage was wonderful. It was a flat rate and offered deep tissue or hot stones at no extra fee. They offer other services like mani/pedi but make sure you schedule ahead of time as they have to call employees for specific services. This will be my go to next time I visit the area!
