This is such a nice salon in Tremont. I’m so happy with my haircuts by Vanessa. I just received another compliment yesterday on my cut! She is thoughtful and kind and a great stylist. I have not as of yet used any of their other services but I would like to look into that somewhere down the road.

I don’t get my hair cut very often. Every 2 to 3 years, I chop it for donation, and start the process all over. This means, I never really build a relationship with a stylist, which is (imo) important to them knowing what you would like/what works best for your hair. It also means, I don’t ever really have the language to ask for what I envision for my short hair style.

I love Krasa! I followed my stylist when she left her last place – it’s been about 3 years now? – and it’s great. I’m so glad I made the leap. Over the years I’ve used them for regular cuts, and big events like a wedding party, and they always do great work. The whole place is beautiful, I never have to wait more than a few minutes, and they offer a few other services, like brows, which is super convenient.

Jaclyn is the best stylist I have ever seen! She’s so knowledgeable about hair and takes pride in her work. I love going to her because she is so funny, kind, great at doing hair.. I can go on and on about her! I always leave the salon feeling amazing.

I have cut my hair there 3 or 4 times now. Every time the results were great! The last several times Allie cut my hair. I asked her for a recommendation for something different. She really has an eye for what suits people. I got so many complements on my haircuts after Allie’s cuts, and I mean real complements, not the polite “oh, you cut your hair, looks nice” type. Coworkers would specifically emphasize how it suited my face, etc. The place is also tastefully decorated. Recommend!

Best salon on the area. Great, calming atmosphere that feels modern yet relaxing. Top notch stylists (ask for Vanessa) that do a fantastic job and remember what your hair is supposed to look like. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I made time to schedule a haircut at this establishment and drove 20 mins as a first time customer, only to find that they have street parking. Many places in Cleveland do, so I started looking for street parking, most of which was full. Unfortunately, the empty spots had signs for no parking during the time of my haircut close to the streets of salon. Instead of parking in residential areas just next to the store, I called in to politely ask if there were alternate options or if the street signs were still used despite construction. I called in for help and instead got a condescending tone about how “I don’t see how your having trouble, I can see spots from here.” She furthered her rude customer service by impolitely stating that I was now 10 mins late. She could have politely told me about the “no-show” fee, but rather threw it in my face that I now owed this woman money for standing right outside the salon and being rudely spoken to about their limited parking spots. The interaction was terrible customer service.
