I have mixed feelings about Kramer’s. I was in a pinch because I was starting a new job on Monday and I had to get my hair into good shape. I usually don’t spend much on getting my hair done, but I had to have my grand entrance at my new job. After researching and getting a lot of “we may be able to fit you in in a couple of months” I finally got a “yes!” I spent time researching what color and style I wanted and collected a few pictures. They were kind and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable. They offered tea and water. I showed him a reference photo and he immediately started. I asked for curtain bangs and layers. You could tell he was a real artist by how he did it so easily. He did it exactly how I wanted. He was so friendly and made conversation. The service is amazing! They can give you recommendations if you’re not sure what you’d like. He is a true professional. I’m definitely coming back again!

I had Keratin treatment done by Enes. He is very experienced which made me feel comfortable that my hair wouldn’t be damaged. The products he uses are the best. Very nice Salon, quality of work is excellent. Would definitely recommend

Okay everyone, this has got to be the best kept secret around. Enes welcomed me to the salon and listened to what my concerns were, ie bad hair coloring and cut. He immediately showed me options for both. I have tried in vane for most of my life to find a hairstylist that could realistically work with my profile to not only give me an attractive cut but he expertly colored my hair and gave some hilights to help with the gray coming in. I love this salon with its bright european atmosphere and welcoming vibe. Not too crowded. Just a place to relax in peace. You even get tea and bisquit if you like. Indulge yourself and try this place. Enes is a master!

Please do not waste your money there and get your hair chopped. I asked for a long bob, and I got my hair chopped, and his excuse was that my hair wasn’t healthy and showed me their Instagram pics with healthy hair. That’s the worst thing to do. The salon is nice and clean, but that’s it. I can’t wait for my hair to grow now and go somewhere to fix it.

I went in for my birthday to get some highlights and a haircut, they served tea and some crackers that were delicious, I loved the fact that they both wore face masks and only allowed one customer at a time.
