After great clips messed up my hair. Bianca from kozo was amazing. I told her exactly what I wanted and she did just that. She listened to me and was completely understanding and took her time! She is a amazing hairstylist and made me feel at home. They couldn’t have better staff!

So I came to this place a lot to get my hair highlighted by Bianca and she always does a great job. I was getting my hair highlighted for graduation and I asked for Bianca but they told me she doesn’t work the day for my appointment so they recommended me JC. At first it was decent but she had missed this big spot. So I had went back the next day and told her. She said she could fix it so I explain to her what the problem was and she didn’t at all understand and had made my hair orange in the front spot of my head it was a disaster. JC’s attitude was seriously rude she didn’t seem to care and only seemed in it for the money I highly don’t recommend her !

I would say that Kozo’s is by far the friendliest and most helpful salon I have used. My hairdresser is awesome. She is just perfect for me. You can’t go wrong wirh any of the ladies here. They help each other.

I cant say enough about this salon. Without them I’d be a HOTTT MESSSSSS. They do my facials and hair. Im very particular who I let do my hair because im redheaded and too often people try to make me look purple. Never had that problem at Kozo. I also have snesitive and blackhead probed skin. The facial is there just works magic on my face.

I had the worst experience of my life at this “spa.” Phoebe, a so called licensed aesthetician, was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I told her about my skin sensitivity concerns and she kept interrupting me – so unprofessional. She addressed none of my issues and was not even wearing gloves when she tried to touch my face. Extremely unsanitary. Go anywhere else for a facial!!!!
