1st picture is when I was at the salon I absolutely loved my dip powder French tip I had never had this done before and I was super excited. I only visit the nail shop once a month. Wearing dip powder this is normally not a issue. Picture 2, 3,4,5 is the outcome of my nails after I already went back 3 days later to repair 2 nails. I will say that this nail salon DEFINITELY!! honors appointments. The day I went in to get my 2 nails fixed was a Thursday and I was there before they opened. 3 nail techs could not fix my 2 nails because they had appointments scheduled. Marianna was my tech and was pleasant and kind. The young lady on the heavier side that’s normally at the front desk was rude & insensitive to the fact that I had already spent $118 for my nails & a pedicure 3 days ago and now I’m back to get them fixed. NOT EVEN A APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! She does not need to handle customers. If you guys want to keep your business. She told me I had to wait for Marianna and also wait for her appointment to be over. I asked her if she could just allow me to soak and when she got there maybe she could just fix the 2 nails and send me on my way. Here I am a week later and I’m out of town and I’m about to head to another nail shop to get my nails done. This was a waste of my money & more importantly my time! I will not be returning. My nails are weak from acrylic & sns not being taken off correctly. My Sns is cracking & chipping off! I AM NOT HAPPY!

I have been going to Kouture for 2+ years and have always been satisfied with the service here. I also absolutely love the owner Cathy. However, lately, it’s been downhill. Seems like a lot of turnover and being short staffed, so they’re hiring maybe not the best employees. Long wait times despite making an appointment, non thorough services, etc.

Lina is awesome! She was professional and personable. I told her what color I wanted and she picked out the perfect color for me. Not to mention, she gives THE BEST leg and foot massages ever! This was my first experience at Kouture but it wont be my last because of Lina. I am totally pleased! This will most definitely be my new nail salon!

Love this place. Every one I have seen so far does an amazing job! Very reasonable pricing and they even serve a decent mimosa…perfect for that Saturday morning relaxing while your feet/ hands are getting pampered. Would highly recommend the deluxe pedicure!
