She did a decent job. However customer service is poor. My appointment was scheduled for later in the day she told me she couldn’t honor that time and that I had to come in earlier. Changed my schedule to accommodate the change. I Showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she asked me did I review her Instagram page pics. I did, so i didn’t understand why she was asking. She tells me well i don’t do looks like that. I wanted classic cat eye with 8,9,10,11,12. Her shortest lashes were i think like 12..however, there’s no highlight or reel that instructs clients to “read here first” or read here for services. Also, there are no instructions on her booking link or confirmation that instruct clients as to what she does and does not offer. It was very off putting. Like I had done something wrong because i didn’t view pictures and automatically know her style of install. Then she tells me I wouldn’t be able to achieve the look i wanted. There was no explanation. I asked why and she simply said cause of your lashes. Ok…no problem. So at that point I was done asking anything else. Her demeanor is dry, unemphatic and on some take it or leave. When i have someone performing a service as intimate as lashes I prefer someone who puts customer service 1st…it’s not what you say but how you say it. Needless to say i never returned.
