When she called 2 see if she could get her haircut without an appointment they welcomed her without a problem even though the girl was about to leave. she made sure my girlfriend was happy with her hair, she took her time and reassured her she would do anything she wanted differently if she wasn’t pleased. My girlfriend normally decides out of the blue to get her haircut and when she does she has her mind set that she has to get it done then.
