I came here probably a month ago to get my old acrylics removed and to get a new full set. It was labor day so it was one of the only salons open, so I thought I would try it. When my nail tech was removing my old acrylic nails, she soaked them in acetone for not even 3 minutes and then proceeded to dig a spare false nail tip under the acrylics to pull them off. It hurt so much and it is such a lazy and damaging way to remove nails. when she glued the new tips to my nails, i don’t know what happened, but my pinky and ring finger on one hand burned so bad that I wanted to cry. I realize I should have said something, but I also believe this shouldn’t occur in the first place. when she used the drill on my nails she hit my skin a few times which hurt too. The actual nails did not look bad, but there was some acrylic underneath some of the nail tips which annoyed me. I felt overcharged when I paid, but I could’ve ignored that if not for the poor quality of service. I am disappointed and will not be returning.

The place was super clean, very aesthetic & the lady at the front desk was kind. They had a great music selection for the holidays and the two ladies helping my sister and I were sweet. I wished they had more color options for dip powder other than the two books we were offered but overall enjoyed my experience and will be coming back soon!

Speedy update. We chose to return since our typical most loved had an open space. From our last nail tech we could tell the significant contrast. The greatest being we didn’t get cut! All past nail specialists other than her normally rush and cut us. Today has been unique. She is truly expert and even wore gloves which me feel even more clean. I typically get no reasonable expense on my nails, so I like to get them polished. She did it with accuracy and they seem as though I have clean on them. Indeed, even with the buff, she oversaw not to hurt me. She likewise gave my hands a fast back rub which was one more in addition to. We will return also, they give free beverages during your administration.

Just got my nails done here and I only like to do acrylic and Ashley was so sweet, and a perfectionist. My nails have never looked this good and clean. Everyone is so nice there and the owner I believe was super caring as well. Found my new nail spot I’m so glad! If you’re in Frisco you HAVE to check this place out, their work is seriously the best out of all the other places I’ve been to.

I am so impressed and thrilled by experience at Kosmo Nial Bar today! I walked in to make an appointment for later and was met by a very pleasant young woman at the front desk. When my appointment time came, my nail tech Ashley was warm, friendly, and extremely talented! My nails have not looked this good in a long time.
