Brandi does such an amazing job with my hair. Not only does she always know the best colors for my hair, she is very personable and super fun to talk to. What I really admire is that she goes above and beyond with her customer service. She puts a warm towel under my neck at the wash bowl and always spends extra time with the head massage which I love! She never rushes and takes her time to make sure I’m 100% satisfied. The whole staff is so nice, all of my interactions are always pleasant. Tom always makes me laugh and I love his dog Elliott, he’s ADORABLE! Also the woman at the front desk always gets me a beverage and I love that! KORE is amazing hands down.

My haircut was so uneven and my color was splochy. My hair was done by Tom the owner. I called to have him fix my haircut. Needless to say he was rude and said it was fine when I left. Then hung up on me. I paid well over $100 and gave him a $20 tip. The worst haircut and color I have had in 15 years. I had to go to another Salon to get it recut and recolored.

This place is amazing, very trendy, holistic approach and I’m want to give it 5 stars just for that. But I can’t because I got a hair cut that cost me $35 and it was a good haircut but I am now afraid to go back because how much with a color or a perm cost.
