The lady that did my facial & pedicure was fantastic. The spa was understaffed. Even though we made reservations in advanced we weren’t able to do all the things we wanted to. Otherwise we had a great time & enjoyed the views out of our beautiful hotel room.

I booked the ‘Healing Body & Sole’ package. They were able to get me in within 2 days of calling. First impression was a very beautiful spa and salon space that was very well laid out, salon and nail area could have been a little bigger but other then that very nice! My facial with Melissa was very relaxing. Julia did a great job with my pedicure, highly recommended her! And I got the best message I’ve ever had with Allison, she listened to want I needed and she could also tell exactly where my body needed work. I will definitely be booking another massage with her. If you can, I suggest booking with Allison! The package also came with an hors d’oeuvre platter of meats, cheese, and crackers and a mimosa, which was ok but a nice little addition. And a 15 minute soak in a huge tub. Overall a really great spa experience!

My bridal party and I recently spent the morning of my wedding at the Kootenai day spa. I could not have asked for a better experience. With 10 girls all having a couple different services, the staff kept us on track and on time without it ever feeling rushed or stressful. I sipped on mimosas, ate fruit and cheese and felt totally pampered. Every one of my friends came back to the room after their service totally happy with it. Pam, the manager, along with her awesome staff went above and beyond to make my day so easy and so fun.
