Terrible pedicure. And even worse acrylic nails. For the pedicure, The lady did it in 3 seconds, I had to tell her to go back to checking my nail 3 times. Massage on the feet? They don’t exist here. She never, not once, looked at me or ask me anything. For the acrilyc. The lady cut my finger, and she did a HORRIBLE job. Also, meanwhile she was doing my nails all the ladies gather around us and started cashing their pays and taking out money everywhere, it wa super uncomfortable. NEVER coming back here…

My mom usually goes to another nail salon where she usually pays around $55 to $70 for the services. In Kool nails she paid $90. Which is about $30 dollars more. THEY ALWAYS TRY TO OVERCHARGE OR “INPUT WRONG AMOUNT INTO CREDIT CARD MACHINE” this has happened to me on 2 separate visits. I used to come here ALL the time so I know about how much it is for me pedi and full set gel nails and one day I was overcharged like $30 so I asked the lady charging why so much?? and the cashier said “oh you’re right I input the wrong amount in the credit card machine but I’ll give you back your $20 and I was like “you mean $30!” And she looked at me shocked and agreed. if I wouldn’t have said anything they would have gotten away with $30 and if I didn’t know their pricing they would have gotten away with $10. the 2nd time they TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME AGAIN!!! So I asked to speak to the manager and she said they would never do that blah blah blah but I was talking to my fiend about this and she told me the same thing! That last time she went it was super pricey and I told her she should have said something! They really just having the lady up front overcharging to see if we notice and speak up and if we don’t well that’s free money for them. Now I go to a different place I just wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt

With all the competition in the area I really wanted to like it here. I’ve had my gels done here twice, the first time was good, the second left my nails super thin and sensitive. The sanding was overdone and maybe not enough gel layers? My nails were very healthy, thick and strong before their last job. My nail even broke in 2 days and when I went back for them to fix it the guy just haphazardly super glued it. No extra coat to seal it or anything. Of course it will break again it’s just matter of time. Definitely not returning. The ladies are sweet, that’s their pro.

This place is literally the worst, the staff was very unwelcoming and on the phone while working, the prices are too high for a semi-decent job. The pedicure was horrible, she didn’t sanitize anything and hurt my nails with constant scraping. I’m disgusted and will not be returning, suggest if you go to disinfect your nail right after.

I was a walk in – I called earlier that day and was told no appointment needed. I got a full set of nails (White tips) very easy. She did my nails in 30 minutes which was very fast from where I have always gone. She didnt line the tips up correctly so on the side my actual real nail is showing and she also put some of the tips on tilted sideways a little. the nails chipped fast and started lifting after 2 days! I will never go again!
