It would be a five-star had the website been functional. Coming back to the area, I was looking for a place to get my nails done and checked out their website. The site showed the ability to make an appointment so I did. When I arrived they had no record of me. I was asked where I made my appointment and told them it was on their website. It seems while the site is up and running, no one checks it and syncs with their appointment book. Since I didn’t have an appointment in their book, I was put with another associate. Mia is so nice and made me feel very welcome. I would 100% come back but I really wish they utilized their website booking.

I decided to come to this salon to get my nails taken off. One of the nail technicians asked another if she was going to remove my nails for me and she said yes. As I’m waiting for 10 minutes I noticed the woman that was “supposed” to be doing my nails started sweeping instead. I eventually was told that she was leaving because I was trying to figure out why am I waiting so long for a SIMPLE SERVICE??? I did not like that I was not lied to and I would’ve appreciated if the woman communicated with me that she wasn’t able to do what I needed to be done because she was leaving versus wasting my time. The communication here is the MOST AWFUL thing I have witnessed in my entire nail experience!
