Michelle is the only person I’ve trusted to cut my hair for at least 10-15 years. When I had very long hair she listened to me when I said I only want a teeny bit cut off. When I finally went really short and I told her I want it all cut off she did exactly what I asked her to do. Ever since she cuts my very short hair exactly how I wanted and how she thinks it looks best because after all she is the stylist not me. I would not let anybody else touch my hair ever.

If you have dark hair & you want to go lighter, Michelle is the hair stylist you need! And my husband & I absolutely love the way Libby cuts his hair & trims his eyebrows! Very professional and the workers are very nice. Michelle (head barber) is very talented and it’s easy to make appointments. Only negative thing I can say is that while they do take walk-ins, if you want a specific person, you have to make an appointment, so you can’t always walk-in, but that’s a small issue. 100% would recommend.

Worse hair place ever. I took my son there to get a cut and explained to the barber what I wanted. He said no problem and began cutting his hair. When I look up a few minutes later, I saw the barber butchering my sons hair. I had to stop him immediately and he said he misunderstood but had messed my sons hair up beyond repair. Worse barber ever and I would never go back here again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. I had to take my son somewhere else to try to save him from getting teased at school.

I agree with the other reviewer about children’s haircuts. Do not take your child here for cuts. The lady who cut my biracial child’s hair chopped her hair up. She used no technique to cut the hair. She was pulling her curls up and just cutting off whatever she thought looked right. She cut my daughter’s hair while it was still dry. Also, she chopped it up and said ok we are done. She was not even going to detangle my daughter’s hair. I Kindly asked her to style my daughters hair and it was then that she washed, conditioned and detangled my daughter’s hair. Once the hair was wet she kept cutting because she realized what a horrible job she did. She was an older lady with white hair. She was also rude to my child and had no patience. Another worker also said the f word to another coworker while they were having a conversation. Point is, this is not a child friendly place and people here lack experience! Never going back.

The stylists here know what they are doing, they did a really nice pixie on me years ago and the same people are there. The reason I am giving it a three star rating though is because I just needed a two inch trim off my hair, no styling of any kind, not even a “V,” and it came out to $25. When I have done this elsewhere it has ranged from 12-18 (max).
