I went to this baber shop with my 2 sons. My husband went there last night and was asked to come back this morning. I got there about 920am. Greeted and no one responded. I went to sit down and one guy sitting next to me asked if i needed help with the kids and i said no. But i am good. I find out he was one of the barbers. No one asjw if you need help or anything. I have never been to a barnering salon so i dont know how it works but if they have walk ins welcome! They should welcome anyone they dont know and ask if they need service. I sat there for an hour and no one had sais anything to me. I googled and found the mens room barbershop. I just left. As much as they are close to me, i will drive the extra mile to the Mens barbershop. I was attended to and asked questions. Avoid this place as much as you can. They have poor customer service

I’ve always gone to barber shops to come out looking and feeling better than I did when I went in. This was a complete joke! I paid $15 to get my beard butchered and the back of my neck to look like it grew polka-dots. I had to go spend $30 just to get this hack job fixed. They may have some skilled barbers in there but the skinny young kid is a waste of a chair in there. Next time, I’ll have one of the homeless guys on my block in Baltimore clean me up. Do yourself a favor and skip the waste of money.

I’ve been hitting up this shop for over a year… I have recently been getting cuts for me and my son by Philly Mike who has been respectful, timely and most of all, professional. I have enjoyed being his client so far particularly because he takes his time and he knows how to do a REAL fade (Philly where you at!) so I think I finally found MY barbershop!
