Don’t get me wrong, Jonathan is excellent with hair. However, the customer service and unprofessionalism I’ve experienced recently has made me drastically change my opinion on Konkrete Movement. I reached out via email on September 18th about scheduling an appointment on a Saturday for a special event. Never heard anything back so I called. I was told Jonathan would get back to me. Sent another email on September 26th, got a response on October 1st saying I wasn’t “forgotten about” and they were “working on an appointment” asked how many people do I think would want their hair done for the event. I replied to the email, never heard anything back. I called and again and spoke to the same woman who claimed she “lost” my number and that Jonathan would call me back. Still nothing. So I sent yet another follow up email on October 6th. Here we are on October 21st and still nothing. A simple “we aren’t taking appointments on that day” would have been sufficient and professional. Instead, I’ve had to desperately seek any form of communication to no avail.

I went in nervous but excited – most curly haired people know not everyone knows how to cut or style curly hair! Within the first 2 minutes of my appointment, I knew I had made the right decision!
