What I’ve learned in over 25 years of getting my nails done is there are plenty of shops to choose from that can “do” nails. Then there are artist that also “do” nails. That is what Koncept has been for me. I started going over a year ago. When I go in I have spent some time waiting as of recent but that means other people are seeing the value of the service provided as well. I enjoy having conversations with my nail artist Nick and he always provides a beautiful product in the end. Compared to other shops I have visited this is by far my favorite. Even when I’ve had other people in the shop do my nails the quality is still the same. They last long and they’re beautiful. Thank you Koncept for taking pride in your service provided!

I tried this location on 9/25. I got dip powder service with gel design. Not 2 hours later, the polish was chipping. I called and informed the shop of this. They informed me they could fix it. I instead wanted a refund for the 70 service, wasn’t concerned with the 10 tip I added. The following day, I was informed they could give me half my money. That I indeed touched some chemicals. That they were busy. Essentially everything but them taking accountability for their subpar work. No, they did not give me a refund and I’m left to dispute the $80 charge with my bank and in turn go pay someone else to do my nails. Please see pictures of the work that lasted less than 2 hours. Oh can’t forget them berating ME because of the work they poorly did. Wait, forgive me for not understanding that sometimes “things happen” with 70 services.

The entire staff is very friendly. They immediately get you signed in & the wait is not to bad. Mia who did my Mani & Pedi is amazing. Good conversation & she pretty much can do any design you ask for. Definitely worth it & the prices are very reasonable.

Walked in. No appointment. Was seen right away. I had to come at just the right time because they were packed soon after. The lady that did my nails was super nice. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she helped me to make the right choice! Dip powder

This was my first time trying this nail spa out! I absolutely loved it!! Everyone was very nice and attentive! The nail shop looked very clean & they offered me something to drink before getting started which I appreciated! The pedicure was very good! I usually don’t necessarily get to enjoy pedicures because of how ticklish I am lol! But the nail tech I had today was very gentle and I was actually able to sit through it comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed it! He also gave me a great foot & leg massage! I HIGHLY recommend this nail shop!!

I’m sorry but this will be my last visit here. This used to be my favorite nail salon now it isn’t good anymore. I’ve been unsatisfied with my last few visits. I understand being short staffed but you rush your customers to hurry and get them out the door and often times I have had about 3 different people switch around doing my nails. It’s unprofessional and my service isn’t good when it’s rushed. Another complaint I have is the pedicure. When I first started coming here I was impressed with the massages in the pedicure and how long they lasted. It felt like I was getting my moneys worth. Now it’s a very poor massage that only last maybe 3 minutes or so. My last visit I was so rushed and got cut by your machines because you were too much in a hurry. Not to mention I keep asking you not to use those machines on me since I have natural nails. The machine sometimes makes my nails weak. My visit today was not any better. There is one girl that keeps suggesting me to get powder or to get fake nails and makes excuses that they will be better to grow my nails out and tells me that my natural nails will break anyways so I should cut them down and get fake tips. My nails are strong and healthy that’s how I’m able to only get gel on my real nails and they grow out fine. It’s like you are making excuses to get more money from me. I had powder once and all my nails broke where the white part meets the pink. My last complaint about this place is that you started charging me for my nail shape. Just seems like an unnecessary fee that you are using to make more money. Not to mention I have natural nails so it just doesn’t make sense to charge a fee like that. I’ve been coming here for awhile and very often but I’m done with this place. You have continued to disappoint me and ive been very unsatisfied.

Koncept Nails is the best nail salon I have visited in this area. I have been a client of the owner since 2019. I travel over 20 miles to visit Koncept Nails and would travel further. They are very skilled, and at the same time, eager to please and comfort. I can be very picky about my nails, and they never disappoint. This salon is also the only salon that practices cuticle treatments and hang nail removal. Very satisfying. Recommend wholeheartedly!!!
