I went to get some low lights placed into the top section of my natural grey hair since the bottom was much darker in color. It was a bit of a shock since I was so use to seeing my hair light for so long, but now that I’m use to it, I love it. The low lights have really made a huge difference in the contrast of my hair and I am truly loving it now. I had a partial done and had it done by Brittany who was a huge help in the process. She knew what would look great, and she was absolutely right. I highly recommend this Salon and Brittany!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I can’t say enough good things about Shelley. I’ve been going to other salons in the past and not one of them ever cared or paid attention to what I needed for my hair like Shelley. The previous salon I went to messed up the color of my hair BIG time! Shelley took the time to evaluate the current state of my hair and explained what was needed to fix it. She worked her magic and my hair looks infinitely better than it ever did. Wish I found Kolour by Design sooner.

My husband and I tried experimenting doing my hair from home, to cover my grays, unfortunately we did all the wrong things imaginable, and of course it turned out horrible. Luckily next morning I called Kolour by design and Shelley picked up, and was super professional and kind, and told me she had a cancellation for a hair cut, and she’d take a peek at it to see how bad the damage was, so I showed up at the time she informed me, and told me she could fix it for me real quick because it was only a 45 min window, but somehow made it work, and she quickly saved my hair and my pride lol, so now I could show my face to the world. I am eternally grateful for how kind, and understanding she was with my situation, and for making me feel calm again.The location is also incredibly beautiful!Shelley saved my hair! I went into this salon with incredibly orange/brassy blonde hair with extremely unblended/splotchy roots, all the product of bleaching my own hair, not knowing what I was doing. Shelley was able to exceed the expectations I had for my hair! She fixed my hair right up, making it look better than I expected it could look. She explained to me everything she was doing with my hair as we went through the process and why she was doing it. My hair went from an orange brassy color to a light toned blonde with beautiful blended shadowed roots that I was going for. She definitely went above and beyond my expectations! I’m incredibly grateful she took the time to fix the mess I made out of my hair!
