Made my appointment weeks ago with Jose. Salon called early in the day saying that Jose had an emergency and Tania was going to trim/style my hair for 15’s tonight. I was asked to come before my 5 p.m. appt. I arrived earlier to be told that I would have to wait a long time because Tania was busy with highlights. Called nearby places for the past hour and all are fully booked. Going home to style my hair and never making an appt. at Kolorbar or Diana’s Impressions (same place).

I have come to this location over the past months and every time is an amazing experience from when you enter the staff is amazing , also you are welcomed with cuban coffee or they greet you with an amazing mimosa plus Tania services are the best , i have done layers in my hair, im able to embrace my natural curls as she diffuses it too, to lastly got an amazing balayage that im in love with.

UNPROFESSIONAL! I booked a service through classpass. Upon arrival, they refused to accept any 3rd party reservations. The worst part is I had called twice the same day of appt including 20 minutes before my time and nobody told me on the phone! The salon had only 2 of their 20+ chairs filled on a Saturday. The man at the front blamed the owner for mishandling advertising. Then they asked me to return in an hour and pay for the same services I had already paid for! Terrible business practices and too many red flags.
