Reading the other reviews I am shocked that it actually says that they had a good customer service experience. My experience was completely opposite of good customer service. Was not greeted just stood in the door way with my 2 boys and literally had to say excuse me can I possibly get two cuts today, remind you the shop was not busy at all. A barber replied ” yeah we’ll get em in” as he stood with no client in his chair and eyes in his phone he didn’t even bother to make eye contact ” I said ” great! do you have time frame” he then responded as rudely as he could and said ” I said we’ll get em in, what else do you want me to say?
