I wish I can rate a zero! I asked for the picture on the left, just a little shorter and they tried to send my baby out the door with the braids to the right! Oh no mam! After an hour of going back and forth and round and round, literally! She finally admitted that the lady that braided my daughter’s hair don’t know how to do triangle parts! Like really, I wish she would’ve told me this before she took my money! They only agreed to fix it when I agreed to part her hair in the triangles for them! Like the other reviews stated, they are so unprofessional and rude! They were quick to point to the policy that states no refund and I pointed to the policy that states if you are not satisfied with the service, they will fix it! Please take your money elsewhere!

Frank is definitely one of the best. If you’re looking for a simple style. He is professional and knowledgeable about hair braiding. The salon could use some remodeling. The bathroom is gross, but there is a convenient store next door that offers public restroom. I love this salon because despite the look it definitely has great stylist. I will always come here to get my hair braided.

It was my first experience in a hair salon and I got there around early 11am and sat there for 2 and a half hours watched other people come in after me then was told to come back in at 5 and once my friend gave them the money I didn’t even have to sit there no more than 5 mins. I was out in a chair, overall experience with my hair I loved it but whatever was put in my hair started turning white all over but then we’re some really nice braids and still holding up after 3 days

They rude and take to long instead of telling you they have a whole head to do before getting to you they say “sit she’s about to do you” and have you sitting for hours and when they get to you they rush through your braids. HATE THIS PLACE AND SERVICE Braids

I got my hair braided. I asked for small knotless mid back and was told $180. Ok cool when I got there I changed to waist length and was told $200 and I had that because I figured would be more. Then when he started parts I told him small. He then tells me $230. I didn’t trip because it’s still a good price, however these braids ARE NOT knotless. Clear as day has knots and I told him about it and the owner. The guy who was braiding my hair and the lady helping talking about these are knotless until I showed them a picture. Then they say my hair is too soft but why would you lie and say you did knotless until I show a picture. Then the owner said those aren’t knotless referring to my hair. Like no they aren’t. Not going to lie the braids look good but it’s not what I asked for. I could’ve went to a regular braider and got what I wanted and from now on I will! This was my 1st and last time in a braid shop! I will never return nor will I recommend this place and I wish I read the reviews before coming!!

Today June 18th! I normally have had a great experience but today was the absolute worst experience. Let’s start with the fact I drove 3 1/2 hours because I love the quality of their work. As the lady is blow drying my hair which was extremely hot I reacted by saying “damn “the braider storms away with a nasty attitude. I began asking if she was going to braid my hair. I didn’t get a response for 15 minutes and then finally I explained that I drove a great distance to only get a response that I could not get my hair done . I’m in disbelief about the level of unprofessionalism I will not be returning!
