I’ve been here a few times, and for some reason they just can’t listen. I ask for them to take like a quarter inch off the top and a 4 on the sides and they do manage to cut the sides correctly but use like a size 8 clipper on the top (hair was like 3”). Second time I go there I say to not touch the top but cut the sides down to a five. and they just cut the top anyway. You get this treatment for $35. Unreal…

I’ve gone to this place for awhile and I thought I was getting a good deal but even the price cannot make up for the lackluster service. They don’t listen to requests unless you give them multiple photos and make sure they are doing what you want along the way. My last haircut I had with them I asked for a medium skin fade with length on the top. They pushed the bald up so high there was no room for the fade. This caused them to push the back portion and sides of my longer hair on top to be pushed up into the front leaving only the middle and fringe. To make it worse they then blamed me for being mistaken in my terminology and said I “should ask for the right haircut next time”. Too bad there won’t be a next time.

Our family loves Koko barber. They are always so friendly and patient with my kids. They really take their time to do a good job and the shop is always clean and comfortable. Kokos is our go to place for cuts. As with anyplace I go I always show them a picture of what I want, especially since English isn’t their first language. Asked to keep it somewhat long but cleaned up. She basically buzz cut almost all of my hair off. Worst haircut I have had in a long time. Didn’t listen to what I said and charges to much for a 10 minute buzz. 30 dollar rip-off.

If you are like me, a man who doesn’t know hair style names or how to shape your own beard, this is the place for you! I came in yesterday, the hairdresser asked me what I wanted, I was pretty vague because I didn’t really know. The hairdresser took it from there, gave me a new style that I love, and a really nice beard trim, the used several hot towels in between steps to give a great experience, and the last hot towel was scented very nicely. I will definitely be coming back for my next haircut!
