I have reported “”KOKO”” to the BBB hoping this will make the public more AWARE of her GREEDY-UNPROFESSIONAL-LACK OF SERVICE. Next off to Small Claims Court! The experience went very well. Koko and her workers were very friendly and courteous. They listened to what my wife wanted and did a great job. One of the great parts is they have their own top quality hair pieces and strands. They had my wife’s hair look just like the picture my wife chose. The price was very reasonable and they had enough help to complete my wife’s hairstyle very quickly. The shop was well furnished and very pleasing for me to wait there. This will not be the last time that my wife gets her hair done there.

I set an appointment with the owner to get my hair braided. Not only was I there but also another client. The shop was closed and no one would pick up the phone or text back. I got a TEXT from Koko the next day offering to take $20 off the next time I came in. That’s not how you do business so I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a Great experience here. They washed and braided my hair and they did marvelous job! They had about 6 or 7 ladies braiding or weaving hair while I was in there. They also have tribal clothing you can buy. It’s a nice hair shop. Make sure you BRING CASH they do NOT take checks credit, or debit cards.

I got box braids and was there from approx 4:40p until 9:05p. Two people worked on my head. As far as i am concerned, they were nice women. Sure, they speak in their language, but I do not mind that. As long as they are doing my hair that is all I care about. The braiding was not super tight. And all in all I really like my hairstyle. They fit me in on a day a different salon randomly cancelled my appt. Thanks KoKo!

I have gotten my hair braided 3 times at Kokos by Mama. I really love how they take pride in the work and services they provide. The shop is clean, the ladies are friendly.
