This place is amazing! The atmosphere is amazing and the workers are so nice. I gave a reference photo and asked for a small change and I was not disappointed! Everything was done very fast in my opinion but that did not lessen the quality of my nails at all. I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely 100% the best nail salon in Palestine! The wait wasn’t long and the service was outstanding! Second picture was the inspiration picture. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name or I would shout out to him but he was amazing. He was gentle on my nails unlike some places that end up hurting you. I will most definitely be recommending Koi Nail & Spa to everyone who asks me. Will be going back!

I’ve been to many nail shops in Palestine and this one is beyond Incredible! Kim did a fantastic job on my nails and eyebrows! The whole staff there was so sweet and patient! My niece had gotten her feet done and they were just so sweet to her, I’m upset that I didn’t get the lady’s name who did my nieces nails and toes. But she did a fantastic job too! Will be coming back!

The Owner was kind enough to redo my nails..the Technician was very attentive and talented in fixing my nails to where my nails look more natural and are absolutely beautiful.
