I went to this salon previously. They were very friendly and understanding of what I wanted or tried to understand what it was I wanted. This last visit was good also; however, the GEL color they have may be bad or expired or whatever you want to call it. I only had my nails done for about 3 days and this chip happens. 2 other nails chipped the day prior and they fixed the problem. So, I appreciate that. The 3 stars isn’t for their service but more for their quality of materials. When I was in the salon getting a mani & pedi, another customer was telling them about how her nail broke. Not just chipped, broke into the skin. Her friend also got her nails done at the same salon & her nails croke also. These were their real nails, not acrylic. One of the staff was thinking the powder used was bad. I’m thinking they may have more than those 2 colors that are expired as I’ve never had GEL color chip within 2-3 days. My nails were initially nicely done but products may not be good anymore.

They are always so welcoming and polite. I love it because I get my nails dipped, and my toes are gel. They have colors you can look through on cards with matching color for both types. It’s in walking distance for me as well. Good job ladies, your the best.

Unfortunately I would never go back. They seemed nice, but my manicure was not. It was very simple, 1 color gel. They chipped within a day, I left with nail polish on my sleeves, she clipped my cuticles so much, I was bleeding in a few places, and her coats were so uneven – you could see lighter coloring all over.

Went with my husband his appt was 35 minutes late. And nail tech didn’t listen to his needs. My nail tech didn’t clean my nails very well. Or cut short like I asked. We won’t be back. Not happy. Pedicure

Went in for a full set acrylics. The job was horrible my nails are bumpy uneven and way shorter than I wanted and asked for. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I paid what was expected but I definitely WILL NOT BE BACK. And was not worth the $75 that I paid.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy grandma and I both had 1:30 appointments. Didn’t get started until 2:15. I had to leave by 3:50 so I told them to just change my toe polish instead of a full pedicure. I showed them 3 photos for my nails and said any of those, whichever would be easiest as I have a photoshoot tomorrow and need them done today and done well. None of my nail lengths are the same, the color isn’t the same as any of the photos I showed, they didn’t clean up my real nail underneath the acrylic. They’re all off and angled in different directions, and there’s globs of polish hanging over the edges. My grandma didn’t even get her fingers done because they weren’t even able to start them until 3:40. It took over two hours to finish her pedicure because they overbooked and started others and we had to share a nail tech. I’m extremely disappointed and didn’t have time to fix them, the lady seemed upset if I had any notes to make sure they weren’t crazy looking so I gave up and just left how they were. I won’t have time to get them fixed before my photoshoot so I bought a nail file and some polish to hopefully camouflage the bad nails for my pictures.
