Love this place. Every minute detail is thought through. Definitely can tell the difference between Kohler and other spas (at least the ones I’ve been visiting). Kohler is a 5 star destination. Their service is top notch. Love Women Only Lounge. And being able to order champagne or cocktails right to the Relaxation Lounge! Wish I could come every month.

My wife and I got massages as part of our anniversary getaway. We showed up about 3 hours early to enjoy the spa. First, at least for us, that was way too early to be there. An hour and a half early would have been plenty. I had the glacier springs hydro therapy treatment. I would not recommend it and probably couldn’t recommend any of the other ones either. It’s basically just like laying down in the shower. Sure you get scrubs and lotions and stuff rubbed on you but there really isn’t a “massage”. My wife enjoyed her massage however but she said it was really no different than any other, much cheaper, massages she’s had. We probably wouldn’t go back.

I had my first Kohler spa experience and the people who greeted us and showed us around were very accommodating and kind. Casey gave me the most enjoyable treatment, I had the Lavender Rain and I felt so wonderful and relaxed after I could have taken a nap had I not had lunch plans. Thank you to everyone on staff!

Expensive, bit you get what you pay for. Excellent service. Staff will treat you like a royal. Worth every cent. I try to go once a year on my budget. Get a package and go early to enjoy the spa before your treatment.

Very expensive deluxe spa…But you don’t just get a treatment, you get an experience. Excellent facials-exceeded expectations. Lotsa of nice extras, tea, water, fruit,etc. Best advice…You will enjoy the spa so much more if you aren’t there during the busy times…Spring breaks, holiday weekends, etc.
