Had a couples massage while on vacation here. The massage itself was fine, but be careful about pricing. The listed price is per guest, unlike other locations. Additionally, they include changing time as massage time. I would recommend going elsewhere for half the cost as well as a better overall experience.

The prices are very high for not having any of the spa services open. No sauna, jacuzzi or steam room. Pretty disappointing since part of the reason to pay such high resort prices is to get the resort experience. It’s been long enough-come on Hilton . The massage was amazing though.

The massage treatment was absolutely amazing. Their locker rooms and waiting rooms were welcoming and had items available for use, such as hair supplies, dryers, lotions and oils. Only complaint was that the jacuzzi and a few other amenities were still closed down.

Staff is very nice and friendly. The services are not worth the cost. Paid $80 for a shellac manicure. A week later, half the nails are chipping. The $40 manicure I get at home is far superior. The facial was ok but there is nothing about it that would make it worth the price.

It was then explained to my wife that what she had booked was not a couples massage. The staff said it was a frequent issue and that the website is confusing.

I popped in this place when staying at the resort, the place smelled amazing! I bought the bamboo room spray, couldn’t stop thinking about the diffuser, ordered once I got home, the customer service was the best! It shipped the day I ordered and I received it within 4 days. Thank you for the prompt service! I will forever be ordering my candles and home fragrance from here, please don’t ever discontinue the bamboo products! These products would be a great gift for wedding, bridal shower, or even birthday, very classy and well packaged.
