It was an okay experience. I went in for a manicure with dip powder. My fingers were not soaked and the lady used dirty tools on my fingers (tools did not come out of sealed cleaning bag that they normally use). The massage lasted about 1 minute on each hand and she used a dime sized amount of lotion. In the end my nails came out very thick and they have bubbles appearing from the thickness of the coats.

I had the most amazing time at Koko Nails. My nail pro. Ms. Nidia, was absolutely amazing. I was attended right away, I felt super confortable and fully relaxed in their fancy masssge chairs, and She was very patient with my design request. I also had my little one with me and he felt right at home with the friendly staff. I left very happy with my fresh mani pedi nails and I look forward to coming back very soon!!

I came here because it had nice reviews. Never again. Half way through my manicure my manicurist left to the back when new clients came in to, what I assumed, attend to them. As far as the actual manicure I am extremely disappointed. I’ve been using gel for a while and wanted to give them a break since they are a bit brittle. I opted to just do a strengthening base coat but overall the final look is terrible. I still have gel on some of my nails from my previous manicure. I will not be returning.
