Really pleased with their service!! Pricing is standard for the area yet their customer service is much more friendly. We USE to frequent another establishment. Not anymore. Just got tired of not even getting a hello everytime we walked in. Mike has a great attitude, actually knows what he’s doing, and gets the job done. Positive: Punctuality, ValueGreat service, good speed, and excellent value. Came in for a mid fade and a trim up top, and got exactly what I wanted. I had him shorten it extra at the end, and he didn’t seem to mind at all. I came in with about 10 people ahead of me, and only ended up waiting 30 minutes. Fast service and a great haircut for a great price.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityGot a simple haircut here the day before Christmas Eve. I went home and they were closed unfortunately before I got a good look at the haircut after a shower. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. One side was shaved so far back it looks like I went half bald on the side of my head then a hard part was attempted that doesn’t follow the natural lines of my head and is about an inch too high the hair below it was buzzed off. The top wasn’t really touched but she cut the back so high I now have wings at the back of my head where she didn’t blend it in. Got a simple haircut here the day before Christmas Eve. I went home and they were closed unfortunately before I got a good look at the haircut after a shower. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement.
