Here at Knuckle Sandwich Massage, the intention is to help you not only with your bodily aches and pains, but to help your brain ease into a rest and digest state of being. We offer fusion-style massages with techniques incorporated from Swedish, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Eastern modalities and more in 30, 60, or 90 minute increments, as well as many other offerings and add-ons to put your mind and body at ease. When you leave us, your body will be feeling better, your mind calmer, your tummy grumbling, and your soul nourished and ready to take on the rest of your day.

In the 30 minute massage, we focus on one area as well as generally lowering stress and promoting relaxation.		$40.00
60 Minute Massage
In the 60 minute Signature Massage, you can typically expect a full-body, holistic approach with focused attention on a few selected areas for increased attention.		$70.00
90 Minute Massage
In the 90 minute Signature Massage, you can typically expect a full-body, holistic approach with focused attention on a few selected areas for increased attention.		$100.00
15 Minute Hand & Foot Massage
Great as an add-on or complete massage, the Signature Hand and Foot massage includes more pin-pointed massage techniques on the smaller muscles of the hands and feet. Comes with your choice of oil or lotion add-ons (Shea Nut oil, Jojoba oil, or ultra hydrating lotion). Tools may be used.		$25.00

Hot Stone Add-on
Hot Stones added on to help promote deeper healing and relaxation. – Mini Hot Stone service for $10 involves the stones being used on the area(s) of focus (up to half the total massage service time). – Full Hot Stone service for $20 involves the stones being used throughout the entire session. Cupping Therapy Add-on
Silicone Cups provide suction to help alleviate muscular/fascial adhesions and increase mobility – Mini service for $10 involves the cups being used on the area(s) of focus (up to half the total massage service time). – Full service for $20 involves the cups being used throughout the entire session. Biofreeze Muscle Soothing Gel Add-on
Add on Biofreeze to the focus area(s) for continued recuperation even after the massage is complete. Great choice for post-workout massages and areas of high use or inflammation.		$5.00
