Our massage therapists have been practicing for over 10 years. We are seasoned professionals. While applying effective therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point and myofascial release clients should also experience deep relaxation. It is our belief that massage should not be either relaxing or therapeutic. It should be both. Please call or text to schedule appointments and arrange gift certificate purchases. We do not have a receptionist and we are often in session and do not step out out of respect for the client we are currently with. I started going to Ena at Knots last year and I am SO glad I did. Ena has helped me out tremendously. The environment at Knots is so relaxing it’s not uncommon for me to fall asleep on the table! The atmosphere is relaxing and impeccably clean, the prices are more than reasonable, and Ena is a fantastic massage therapist.
