Karren is a rare gem among massage therapists. She has magical hands and it is clear that she has a gift for healing through massage therapy. She incorporated elements such as myofascial release (my favorite!), cupping, and warm towels. I was only in town a few short weeks and in that short time I felt a huge difference. She helped ease a spasm in my back, ease a tremendous amount of tension that allowed me to breathe deeply again, realign my hips, and I walked away from my second session pain-free.
