It was the greatest massage experience, the massage therapist was very kind and they have great products and if someone tags along with you they will have a great time relaxing on the RealRelax massage chair. And if you need a refreshment there is a little table with tea packets, hot cocoa, and coffee pods. They even have a cocoon wellness pod, there is so many benefits from using it. Over all this is just a great place, definitely recommend visiting.

Jeanie has the magic touch! My shoulder had been bothering me for well over a year (from a fall on the ice) and not even chiro visits could help alleviate the pain. She knew right where to work out the knots and tight muscles and after a few days, I had a wider range of motion, which made it possible to finally heal completely. I will always be grateful for her service and help! They truly listen to understand the problem areas, and genuinely care about helping heal our bodies! Wonderful staff and atmosphere. I’ve been here before and thought it was pretty cool, but it wasn’t until someone recommended Kelli and I had an appointment with her that I knew I NEEDED to write a review. Kelli was AMAZING. She not only heard me, she truly listened to what I had to say about my chronic pain and what I feel is best for me. She had a magic, out of this world touch. I not only will be a repeat client, but I bought my boyfriend a gift card at the end of my appointment because he works a manual labor job and I know Kelli will help make his aches feel better. Positive: Professionalism, QualityFirst let me say that this is a great place. I absolutely LOVE the cocoon and I got my first message today by Jeanie who worked wonders. I only gave 4 stars because communication is lacking and advertising regarding their packages is very misleading. Their website says services roll over month to month but nothing about an initial set up fee of $120 on top of whichever package you want. I wanted to try it all so I initially purchased the $120 pkg which includes a message. Month two when I wanted to change it to the $40 pkg because the cocoon was all I was interested in and I don’t mind paying a little extra for a message when I want one, (I just don’t have time every month) not only were they going to charge me another set up fee but they told me my services wouldn’t roll over and I would be charged for the message that I didn’t use from the first package.Again, let me say that I love this business, the people who work there and the services they offer. I only gave 4 stars because communication is lacking and advertising regarding their packages is very misleading. All around wonderful experience. I needed some realigning and had so many knots I couldn’t keep count of them all. Her use of CBD oil and magnesium lotion was amazing! Such a calming environment too! I wont go anywhere else thanks to Nina!

I had a massage today done by Angel. Overall the massage was good but I would have preferred more quiet time. I also still have a very stiff sore neck but it has only been three hours since the massage so my verdict is still out. I will be returning next week to have another massage and hopefully good results. I will review again after my next one.
