I can’t be happier in having Deb at Knot Ninjas as my massage therapist. At the time of seeking services, I had an enormous amount of discomfort in my upper back/shoulders and neck, primarily on the right side. After my first visit with her, I noticed a remarkable improvement in flexibility and a diminishment of pain in my shoulders and neck. Positive: QualityI was in lake havasu on business for a couple of weeks. When i got to AZ imessed my back up and looked everywhere and only Knot Ninjas could fit me in on short notice. Jena was professional and an awesome masseuse. I went in and out feeling great and a few days passed and i irritated my back again and reached out to Jena and let her know what was going on and my schedule, she met me around 8pm at night and fit me again. I was in lake havasu on business for a couple of weeks. When i got to AZ imessed my back up and looked everywhere and only Knot Ninjas could fit me in on short notice. Jena was professional and an awesome masseuse. I went in and out feeling great and a few days passed and i irritated my back again and reached out to Jena and let her know what was going on and my schedule, she met me around 8pm at night and fit me again. I had been so stressed from work I was having chest pains. It turned out my chest muscles were tight and knotted which Deb worked out and it was painful but good. She also greatly relieved my back pain from years of bike injuries. I was in an out of consciousness in a dream state which is rare for me to reach. I did two hours and ended up buying a package of appointments as I love a deal and would definitely be seeing her again.

Very poor customer service. The website says 24hr and it says for the fastest response to send a text message. Well i sent a text asking about making an appointment and she asked my name and the time i wanted. She also asked if i was coming to Woodland Hills. I told her my name and the asked if the time I wanted was available and told get Northridge was closest to me but i told her i could go to WH if that was more convenient. She never responded back to any if my messages. I didn’t even get a response on the next day. She could have at least said no I’m not available or something. I guess the reviews are probably her friends and not real customers. If i could give a zero i would. I was actually waiting next to my phone for a response as it got closer to the requested time. I ended up going to a Korean spa (Wi Spa) where i got a acupressure massage and I hung out in all of the saunas and got a body scrub.

I came to deb with some serious physical injuries. I didnt realize a couple days after my massage why i wasnt hurting. She found my pains and literally worked them out. She is a godbless. From someone who has got massages for over 20 yrs, she is blessed. Relaxing enviroment to pure attention to your needs. Can’tgo wrong!!!
