I went here twice the first time was okay I went with my boyfriend and got a couples massage the two girls talked the entire time it was not at all relaxing. Then the second time did it for me, I am never returning and I advise those who are looking for a massage at a reasonable price with decent customer service to go elsewhere. We get there and they told my boyfriend the card machine was not working which is understandable stuff happens, however, he called ahead and I feel as though this should have been mentioned prior to our arrival. They then told us a price so we left with the intent to come back with cash. Once we arrive they tell us a completely different price and we look at each other because it was more then they stated before. So we tried coming up with the new amount since we got out what they asked during our initial interaction which took us a second to figure since we could not use our card. Then once we hand them the money the lady states “will you have enough for tip” and the other women with her laughed. I thought that was extremely rude because how I remember it is you tip according to service and if that’s the case no tip should have been given. During the massage they kept talking and would walk out from time to time which is understandable if a place is understaffed but I paid for an hour massage and with the amount of times they left I received a 40 minute massage with constant dialogue in the background. So with that being said do not go here if you want to be given respect and decent service point blank period.Do not go to this place. I called and scheduled a same day appointment, the receptionist called me back within 3 minutes to let me know it was cash only because the machine was down. When I arrived I was told her 5pm appt came in at 6, I had a 6:30 appt which she gave away to them. That’s happens but call like you did for the cash so I don’t waste time/gas. I drove both to get cash and to the appt just to find out they gave it away, very unprofessional.
