Debra is amazing!! You can see the quality in the staff here. Very impressed with her as the manager of the location. She was very frank with me who else was best at my type of haircut to pick from next time. Very excited as their location is perfect for me too. Was offered a beverage when I arrived and started my scheduled appointment a bit a head of time which was nice because I’m always early. Plus the fade she gave me was one of the best I’ve ever had in Texas. They definitely earned a longtime customer.

I really missed my old barbershop in N. Austin and had not really found much around Kyle that was anywhere near acceptable. Knockouts just opened and I thought I would give them a shot, and I am glad I did. The haircut I got was well done and looked great. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. After reading some reviews I went ahead & booked an appointment with Mimi for my 12 yr old son. We were skeptical only because it was a new place & his hair is so straight and he’s had bad experiences at other places. But Mimi did awesome! She asked questions & listened to what he wanted. His hair looks so good ☺️ The place was also very clean & sanitized. We were offered drinks & the staff there is very friendly.
