I asked for them to give me bangs that DIDNT GO ABOVE THE EYEBROW. It depresses me that I have to emphasize that now because I did then and they somehow still misunderstood what I had said. They cut me bangs… that were less than an inch long. And the contrast between it and my longer hair around it made me look like some medieval knight or like I had just got off-set from a Monty Python skit. And after all of this, there was not even an offer to refund. The haircut that I was given was 1/1000 and became my center of depression. I lost all self-confidence and even friends because my stylist couldn’t understand the simple, excruciatingly easy task that I had given. I will never revisit Knock-outs and I will suggest against going to all of my friends.

Came to her before a wedding and haven’t been anywhere else since. She is the best barber in town if you’re looking for a hair cut and beard trim. Highly recommended.

I just got my first haircut from Sarah… I have a bald fade and it’s so difficult for me to find a good haircut. Sarah did an absolutely amazing job! She has a wonderful personality, I was comfortable, I had fun, and I got a fantastic haircut. I’ll definitely be going back. Do yourself a favor and go see Sarah!!!!!

Friendly staff but I went in for a beard trim and a head shave. I had already cut all my hair with my clipper on 0 the night before. Stylist did the same thing and now I have to do my own shave. It was a misunderstanding but still wasted time. My beard also looks exactly the same as when I got there. $30 + $10 tip and I look exactly as I did when I entered. I went there because I can trim my own beard but I’m not good at shaping it and I wanted a shave because I was short on time. I ended up wasting time and money.
