Came in the shop today for a few services and was immediately greeted with smiles and offered a beverage upon arrival. My stylist, Tokyo, took the time to ensure I was getting the best treatment possible. I will absolutely be back after the wonderful experience!

I went in for a facial and a hair wash to treat myself before a busy few days at work. I asked for Tokyo and she did a fantastic job! She walked me through each step and let me know which products would be cold/warm. She even checked the ingredient list for me as there are a few ingredients I cannot use in skincare. The room for the facial was so warm and quiet. All of the products used smelled fantastic and felt soothing on my skin. I didn’t want to leave! The establishment itself was incredibly clean and every person I came into contact with (stylist or client) was incredibly kind. Everyone that I saw left smiling and happy. The stations were decorated for Halloween and everything looked so fun! There was a fully stocked mini fridge, a coffee maker, snacks, etc. Even though this location is a bit farther for me to drive, it was well worth it!

AMAZING service. They don’t mention kids haircuts on here but I was originally taking my 4yr old to the kids shop next door for an edge up until they told me they didn’t do them so I ended up here and they did me justice. It was his first time going to a barbershop and she made my son feel so comfortable he didn’t move cry or flinch at all ! She gave him lots of snacks and a pack of his favorite cars and turned on his favorite movie cars. Gave him a full edge up plus a back fade for only $10 !!! So happy with my visit and will be continuously taking him back since he loves haircuts now !

The ladies at Knockouts Coppell are attentive, caring and extremely talented. You will always be taken care of from head to toe. This location does everything from haircuts to pedicures which is truly a treat after a long hard day of work. I love the family environment that these ladies have created. They treat every customer new or old like family. I would also like to mention that you can go to any of the stylist and you will come out looking and feeling amazing every time. I don’t think I’ll go to another hairstylist other than Tokyo. She’s gauged my hairstyle needs from day one, and has only improved on it from then on. I have some simple tastes; sort of a military style mid-fade, but she can take something as simple as that and make it look like something more. 10/10, I highly suggest this location and this staff!

Haircut wasn’t bad. The atmosphere was borrific. A guy goes in with his two kids and expects the cosmetologist to baby sit them. My haircut was constantly interrupted by my stylist having to play mommy to these two toddlers.
