Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityGreat place to go. Great atmosphere. Clean. Good cuts. Haleigh is Awesome! She did so great with my 4 yr old ! She was so patient and so so sweet and made my little boy look so handsome for back to school! She did great with the fade. Erica usually cuts my husbands and always does a great job as well. She does crisp clean lines. Great place to go. Great atmosphere. Clean. Good cuts. Haleigh is Awesome! She did so great with my 4 yr old ! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am giving it two stars because my husband has gotten nice haircuts there and liked it. He took our six year old and got his haircut done at Knockouts. When I say it looked awful I wish I could post pictures of how bad it looked. He has a cowlick in the front of his head that does make some cuts difficult to maintain but this haircut was so unevenly cut that I was sad he had to go to school the next day looking like that. It was uneven in the front, on the top and on the side. I took him back that evening to have it fixed. When we came in the lady cutting in the first chair asked if we could be helped. I told her my son was here earlier and I tried to be subtle in saying basically, it doesn’t look good. apparently she’s the one that cut it and said she left it long in places on purpose But we could wait to be helped. She was obviously not happy and definitely wasn’t really very familyWe sat down to wait. I had to bring my three-year-old son with me to get my older son’s hair fixed. The three-year-old has some slight sensory disorders so he said down and started walking back up against the back of the chair and singing a song. The other lady, who was also a stylist there, Told me that he needed to stop because he was being distracting.Like, are you a place that services men while they watch football games? And now a three-year-old is distracting. It was really obvious that neither of them were happy we were there to fix a horrible looking haircut. And at this point I highly doubt it whether they would be helpful or if they would make his hair look worse. So we just left.I wasn’t rude. I even made my youngest child stop when she asked me to make him stop before we left. I didn’t really want to walk in and say “hey, the haircut that you gave my kids sucked” when these women had people in their chair. I felt like that would be rude and disrespectful and what I was met with was extreme rudeness.We won’t go back and my husband won’t even be going back after I told him what happened. I am giving it two stars because my husband has gotten nice haircuts there and liked it. He took our six year old and got his haircut done at Knockouts. When I say it looked awful I wish I could post pictures of how bad it looked.
