I told the employee/manager that I would be back if my head bumped up because of cutting my hair against the grain and guess what my head is bumped n bruised. I went there on December 5 and called the knockout salon and talked to the manager today to report the incident she was familiar with me because she was the one who cut my hair bald. I told her and all she had to say was I’m sorry..I paid 33$ for a cut that hurt me more than helped me and all I get was I’m sorry.. wow the customer service these days really are trash.

There was only one person working we I arrived for my 10:30a appointment. She did not seem like she enjoyed her job as she seemed to rush through the services. The clippers she was using nicked me multiple times and after I told her, she switched to another set that left razor burn on my face. I was a regular pre-Covid and there was a lot of fun staff working and the services were well worth the price. Now, all 3 times I’ve been there in 2022, it has been a joyless experience.

Skigh was high – or just unqualified. Received the worst cut of my life yesterday. My request was an inch off the top and clippers on the side, a pretty simple ask. What I ended up with was an uneven mess. Didn’t seem to be using any technique, just sort of grabbing bits of hair and cutting with guesswork. You may have more luck with other employees, but I won’t be back

I’ll tell you what, they make you feel like a king up in here! Get the heavyweight cut and you’ll leave feeling like a new guy. Gina cut my hair and also my 5 year olds hair, and did an awesome job! She can do mullets! They have a TV to keep your little one occupied. Really cool vibe in there too.

I scheduled an appointment for my son and we arrived on time but when we walked in there was no one there. I don’t mean customers I mean hair stylists or any other workers. We stood there and I hollered “Hello ” several times before walking to the back area just to see if there was anyone available. No one. I was actually shocked because the business was just left wide open. I mean anyone could have walked in a grabbed products, drinks, or just helped themselves to anything. I guess that’s not really my problem to worry about, but seems pretty irresponsible. We left and I tried calling one last time and ended up leaving a message but never got a call back. I did log back in online and canceled my kids appointment.
